4th Annual International Congress on Euglenoids 2025

- Accommodation Notice: As EIN2025 will take place during the Osaka Expo 2025, we strongly recommend booking accommodation early.
- Both onsite and online participation will be available.
- Call for Presentations: EIN prioritizes oral presentations as the primary format for scientific discussion. We encourage submissions for oral talks, and abstracts will be considered on a first-submitted basis if the number of oral slots is exceeded. A poster session will also be held, co-hosted with the Japan Euglena Research Association (JERA). After completing your registration, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions for abstract submission.

- On-site participation (includes lunch on both days and a networking dinner on Day 1):
- Standard: JP¥ 30,000
- Students and postdocs: JP¥ 20,000
- Online participation: JP¥ 3,000
- Members of the International Society of Protistologists (ISOP) and the Japan Euglena Research Association (JERA) can receive discounted rates.
These discounts apply not only to students and postdocs but also to senior researchers, so please make use of this benefit if it applies to you. - Regarding Accompanying Persons:
During registration, you may also register an accompanying person, such as a family member who wishes to attend the networking dinner.
Our current policy does not prohibit accompanying persons from attending scientific sessions; however, if the total number of attendees exceeds the venue capacity, priority will be given to registered participants, and access for accompanying persons may be limited.
Please note that lunch is not provided for accompanying persons.
